Trained in mediation, she's a valuable asset with a commitment to making a difference.

With over 25 years of industrial sales experience, Stuart excels at understanding customer needs and delivering promised products. He deeply appreciates Lake Erie and Northeast Ohio's green spaces, often visiting Holden Arboretum, Cuyahoga Valley National Park, and the Geauga and Cleveland Metro Parks.

Ryan returned to BT Solar in the fall of 2024, bringing with him 10 years of electrical experience, 3 years in solar, and 5 years in project management. He oversees installations, ensures projects are completed on time and within budget, and works closely with clients to bring their renewable energy goals to life. Outside of work, he enjoys coaching soccer in his free time.
