Director of Administration
Carol Galloway
Carol's dedication to environmental and community causes shines through her past roles and current board positions. She brings extensive experience from The Trust for Public Land and actively participates in various community initiatives and groups. Trained in mediation, she's a valuable asset with a commitment to making a difference.
Director of Project Development
Stuart Lipp
With over 25 years of industrial sales experience, Stuart excels at understanding customer needs and delivering promised products. He deeply appreciates Lake Erie and Northeast Ohio's green spaces, often visiting Holden Arboretum, Cuyahoga Valley National Park, and the Geauga and Cleveland Metro Parks.
Kat Koziura
From Lorain, Ohio, and earned her Bachelor of Science in Environment and Natural Resources from The Ohio State University, specializing in Wildlife Sciences. Before joining BT Solar, she worked with Lorain County Metroparks, the Cleveland and Columbus Zoos, and the National Park Service.

A proud member of WRISE (Women of Renewable Industries and Sustainable Energy), Kat is passionate about clean energy and helping customers get the most from their solar systems.

​As Construction and Maintenance Lead, she ensures that every customer’s solar system is built and maintained for long-term performance. When she’s not overseeing construction or solar operations, Kat is usually outdoors walking her dog, hiking, camping, or exploring near any trail, mountain, or body of water she can find.
President and Founder
Robert Martens
Rob has worked on hundreds of solar project designs and installations, always looking for ways to use rugged, reliable, proven technologies for customers' benefit. Rob has worked with several prominent companies, notably The Lincoln Electric Company and KeyBank. Rob proudly served in the U.S. Navy from 1987 to 1994. A Cleveland native, Rob and his wife, Holley, have lived in many places but now call Cleveland their home.
